Very few things in life make me happier than being able to be of service and assisting people on their journey towards being the healthiest, happiest, highest versions of themselves. My goal as a therapist is to assist your own innate healing and intelligent life force to flow freely so it can do what it does best… Heal.

Healing can be a very personal journey for us all. My experience is that it’s ultimately our own personal responsibility to do the work it takes for our bodies to do its job. This includes the basics of eating the right foods for our personal health, staying hydrated, physical movement, and creating an environment that is healthy for our mental and emotional bodies so our vital force can thrive. We are all in different places on our healing journey path, and it is not the same for everyone. In this world we live in, it can be really tough to do this kind of healing work alone. Having support is so important to find and maintain balance within oneself.

I have gathered many modalities in my toolbelt over the last 25 years on this path of natural healing. I began my career as an apprentice at a natural health clinic in Denver called Creekside Alternative Health Center in 1999. I worked there for a year learning so much about health, bodywork and alternative ways of healing.

I moved to Boulder to attend Boulder College of Massage Therapy. Shortly after I was redirected down to New Mexico to train at New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics in 2002, where I became a Natural Therapeutic Specialist (NTS) and a Therapeutic Massage Therapist (LMT). This school was such a gem. Aside from massage therapy, we also were trained in Polarity Therapy, Herbalism, Nature Cure, Shiatsu, Herbs, Essential Oils, Craniosacral, basics of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Raw and Living foods, intro to Homeopathy, intro to Core Synchronism, intro to radionics.

I did some of my continuing education in some of these modalities to learn them with more depth. I took many Core Synchronism classes over the years and I am a level 7 Core Practitioner. I have been assisting in the trainings and workshops held in Boulder, CO with Alyssa Gillespie and Robert Stevens. I’ve also further studied and trained in Radionics and frequency remedies. I have also trained in Ashiatsu Barefoot massage with Ruthie Hardee of Deepfeet Bar Therapy.

My herbal studies have grown with Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine and Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism. In 2022 I began my training with Delores Cannon’s work of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. This technique has been a game changer and connects with the work I do in Core Synchronism so beautifully. I love witnessing the voice of my clients’ higher self and its wisdom come through for them, answering questions that only their own soul consciousness can answer directly.
