Don't let Stress get the best of you. It almost got me; leaving me partially blind in one eye but changing my life for the better ever since. I practice yoga, meditate or receive regular massage all to help find more inner peace and relieve stress and tensions of everyday life. Now I try and give back to others in need. I teach yoga and offer massage so that you don't have to go through what I did. I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. From sports injuries and rehab to active stretching, I can work with your body to get you feeling like you should again.
