My passion for massage therapy began through my own experience. After being involved in a car accident at a young age and sustaining multiple injuries, including a spinal fracture, I discovered firsthand that massage therapy can be so much more than relaxation. It can also be an incredible tool for pain management, recovery, mobility, and overall well-being.

With my background as a chiropractic assistant, I bring a thoughtful, therapeutic approach to every session. I would describe my massage style as flowy, relaxing, and therapeutic, with special attention to areas where many people carry tension, especially the back, neck, and shoulders.

I enjoy incorporating hot stones, stretching, muscle energy techniques, and relaxation techniques designed to help calm the nervous system. Whether you’re dealing with muscular tension, soreness, stress, mobility concerns, or simply need time to unwind, I customize each massage around what your body needs that day.

I believe no two clients are exactly alike, so I take the time to listen to what you want, check in about pressure, and create a personalized experience rather than following the same routine every time.
