At the core of my practice is a commitment to bring out the beneficial physiological effects that massage therapy can offer, in accord with current research. I offer massage therapy for stress reduction, pain relief, symptom management, and post-surgical recovery. I am a graduate of the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy.

In my previous career, I served as an ordained minister in a progressive and inclusive denomination, and I hope that some measure of spirituality or mindfulness has accompanied me into my present calling. In college, I was a physics major, and I hope that an appreciation for science-based practice has also accompanied me into my present calling. I enjoy hiking, backpacking, and spending time with my family.
