For over 20 years, Amber Fraga, Owner of Native Touch,LLC, has been growing, adapting, and evolving her techniques to provide top quality therapeutic services to athletes and those with chronic pain. Known as the “goto therapist” for injury recovery/prevention, pain reduction, or relief from repetitive injuries, Amber is trained and certified to address imbalances in soft tissue. Her goals for each client are individualized, as she assesses the symptoms and roots out the underlying causes to develop a treatment plan thatsuits each client’s unique needs.

Her goal as your therapist is to listen to you and your body, give help where it is out of balance, and to always be searching for new and better ways to help the body return to and maintain a better state of wellness. Native Touch, LLC clients include the recreational to the professional athlete, the weekend warrior, CrossFit trainees, dancers, runners, cyclists, skiers, golfers, mixed martial artists, kickboxers, or anyone with chronic pain conditions and posture imbalances. Clients symptoms and conditions have included lower back pain, sciatica, tennis/golfers elbow, rotator cuff injuries, TMJ disorder, concussions, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson Disease, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, plantar fasciitis, headaches, neck pain, sports injuries, and knee/hip replacements.

There are many types of massage modalities available today, but Native Touch, LLC offers a technique that is a unique blend of modalities (Active Myofascial Therapy, Neuromuscular, Orthopedic/Medical, Positional Holds, Trigger Point, and Stretching) which are customized each session to help improve performance and posture while assisting in the reduction of pain. Native Touch, LLC sessions always include education on the benefits of frequent bodywork, instruction on exercises(tennis ball work), and stretches to compliment the session and to provide self-help strategies between sessions.

We accept referrals from other professionals including Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, PCP, Personal Trainers, and Pain Management Centers. Although Native Touch, LLC does not accept insurances, we do accept payment in the form of cash, credit cards, checks, and Health Savings Account/Flex Spend Account cards with prior PCP approval and written prescription for medical necessity.
