Hello, My name is Katherine BeLoved LMT, CYT but you can call me “Katie” I bring 20+years of intuition, strength and compassion to the table, with the ultimate goal of unwinding your body and mind into a peaceful state of melted connection. I’m mindful to listen to your body’s history and where you presently hold stress and can help you let go of tension. I have gathered many trainings over the years to tailor your session to your wellness needs. Beyond deep tissue and Swedish massage my tool box includes prenatal certification, Reiki Master, Qi Gong, TMJ release, cupping, hot stones, sound healing, Vedic Thai yoga massage, myofascial release and Gah Sha scar tissue release. Also available for chair massage, MBSR meditation, crystal and Tibetan singing bowl, gong or drum sound baths and yoga events (invite me to your work), As a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Trainer I offer private yoga or meditation sessions to help you find your breath body connection and deepen your ability to release stress and tension.
