Since 2012 Codie has had a passion to provide healing through many types of massage modalities. She is proficient in 7 different massage techniques including Sports Massage, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue and Prenatal. The time spent working with the Real Salt Lake Soccer Team training program really added value and experience to her abilities in creating a healthy healing service.

To serve her clients better she also accepts health insurance, workers comp and car accident claims.

Jenn graduated from Blue Sky School of Professional Massage and Therapeutic Bodywork in 2014 focusing on neuromuscular therapy, a specialized form of deep tissue massage that isolates trigger points and underlying muscular dysfunction. Having worked in both spa and clinical settings, she is passionate about blending relaxation massage with therapeutic results for her clients, including using Reiki and other modalities.
