I graduated from Everest College in 2015 and completed certification for Personal Training with the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2018. I have completed studies in Myofascial Release, Cupping Therapy, and Neural Reset Therapy. My treatments typically employ dynamic Cupping, Trigger Point Therapy, guasha, warm bamboo, and a variety of neuromuscular techniques combined with deeply relaxing pressure.
