We provide a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that is not rushed for your 60, 90 or 120 minute massage. Our therapists provide professional service and specialization with advanced schooling techniques with many modalities to choose from: MicroLight Laser treatments, Bemer Frequency, hot stone therapy, cupping therapy, pregnancy massage, Crainosacral therapy and much more.

*You may ONLY pay with a Credit Card that is in "YOUR NAME"

*Payments can be Cash, CashApp, Venmo, Gift Certificates, Spa Week cards or Credit Cards, some (but not all) HSA/gov cards (card payments- have a $5-10 processing fee)

*Therapist Gratuity greatly appreciated but not expected -Normally 20%-25%-30%

*You may pay for Gift Certificates via phone or in person by cash or credit

*Gift Certificates and Packages/Series are Nontransferable and Nonrefundable and good for 1 year

(All Certificates over 1 year will have administrative fee $10 per year taken off the value)

CANCELLATION POLICY and Tardiness

*There is a $60 cancellation fee for all cancellations and missed appts - please move your appt before 24hrs and text 678.371.8938 (24hrs a day) Moving your appt is better than cancelling.

There is a 5% cancellation fee for all prepaid appt cancelled. If you need to cancel, please consider rescheduling to avoid penalty.
To respect your therapist(s) and other client's times, all Cancellations, less than 24 hours, are billed at $60. If you are sick or feel sickly and you cancel within less than 24 hours, consideration will be taken (at the digression of the owner). Thank you for your understanding.

- If you feel sickly, go online 24/7 and move or cancel (with fee). Or if you need to, you can call or text ASAP 24/7, do not wait till the day of your massage *Issues with this will result in being banned from making any future appts with us.

If you are late for your appointment, your time will be docked. All cancellations are subject to $60 and/or 5% administrative fee.

*Please understand the Booking System has a regulatory built-in and if you are FLAGGED (banned) they make a note of it and it can cause problems for you booking with other Spa Professionals that utilize this Booking System; including hair, massage, nails, tanning or anyone else using the system.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
We are NO LONGER accepting people who smoke. Due to Therapist's allergies we cannot accept anyone who smokes (or has residue of smoking) or has on Peppermint aromatherapy or sprays on.
Also, If you have allergies or sensitivity ..... please let the clinic know before booking so we can make arrangements for your comfort.

ALL vax/shots: You must wait ****10+days**** to see if there is contraindications or side effects! Even if YOU feel good, you could be sick or carrying illnesses or emitting spike proteins or have underlying issues. Dormant viruses are springing up (Herpes, Shingles, HFM, etc) We highly suggest you read the ingredients of your vax before taking it. (as of March 2025- the list of side effects from the vaccine in 2020 has now been released)

Detoxing: We offer Foot and/or Arm detoxing to help move chemicals and toxins out of your body.

At home, try Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) with Epsom Salts in your bath and Activated Charcoal. Drink lots of water. Add ACV to your water or smoothie, some lemon juice for detoxing. There are antioxidant nutrients found in berries. If you prefer a pill, ask us about *AO, Detoxing and Bemer Frequency

Contraindications:

Sunburns, contagious viruses and/or bacteria, fungus, poison ivy, cold/flu/virus and other illnesses are contraindications. If you are not feeling well, please stay home. (*see cancellations) You should not have a massage after surgery except with the exception of a Doctor's written approval. Typically 4-8wks, some smaller/less evasive surgeries, 2-4weeks. *Lymphatics - see below

HIPAA
*We are 100% OSHA & HIPAA compliant

(If you cancel with less than 24 hour notice OR call in at last minute and cancel due to the "mask or vaccine issue or other personal issues" - you will be billed for the Cancellation amount)

Ultimately you are responsibility for your health.

HANDICAP
We are semi-Handicap accessible; there is parking, cement ramp and bathroom. Unfortunately we have no control over the parking lot. We do have hydraulic lift table. We can accommodate people with wheelchair to a degree. Overweight individuals also welcome if you can walk; we do NOT have a ceiling lift for those in wheelchair. Service animals are allowed to a degree. Any questions should be directed to the owner.
