As we get ready for a new group of students entering their Clinical Residency/Apprenticeship program, we do have a couple of important notifications:

1.) Any cancellations made by the patient will result in any paid balance being added to your Massagebook account, to be used for a future appointment. If you have trouble booking with that pre-paid balance please contact the owner, Melissa Marie Harvey, LMT @ 315-450-1852.

**If you wish to have the balance refunded to your original method of purchase, there will be a deduction of 8.5%, to cover any associated processing fees.

2.) Due to our interactions with at-risk populations, ALL patients/clients/staff are STILL required to wear either a disposable, or N95, mask. If you need one, please let us know!

3.) We are still NOT accepting walk-ins at this time.

4.) Student apprentices are NOT allowed to work on minors. Parents/legal guardians may schedule minors with one of our LMTs but must remain INSIDE the room during the treatment session.

5.) Student Apprentices are NOT allowed to work on, or treat, acute medical conditions. Please understand that and agree to follow the advice of the supervising LMT. This is for everyone's safety. Mahalo

Student Clinic is NOW open for Student & Advanced Student Massage sessions!

We have 6 apprentices in student clinic, 5 days a week!

Sabrina, Kyle, & Klaus are available for Student Massage (full body) sessions, and Ckipin (M), Laura, & Mari are available for Advanced Student Sessions. Klaus will also be offering advanced assessment & treatment sessions soon.

TUES: 9am-6pm

WED: 9am-6pm

THURS: 9am-6pm

FRI: 9am-6pm

SAT: 9am-6pm

We will have our recent graduate, and newly licensed Massage Therapist, Amanda Basenback offering PROFESSIONAL sessions (Medical Massage & Kama'aina) on Fridays 9am-6pm!

Please note: All appointments must be prepaid to schedule. If you choose to cancel the appointment AFTER paying/scheduling, your payment is credited to your account on Massagebook to be used for future appointments. The amount is NOT automatically refunded, you have to contact us to request that. We have a strict 24hour cancellation/no show policy. If you fail to show/cancel within this timeframe, you will be charged the full amount of the booked session. Our students' clinic scheduling is extremely important for them to finish their training, please understand this and book accordingly. Due to this, there will be no refunds given once the booked session has begun.

If you are having difficulty with scheduling, please call the clinic office at 808-327-9791. Please leave a message, and someone will get back to you. Since being under new ownership, many changes have been made to our Clinical processing. New health forms need to be filled out (for all patients/clients), regardless of if you have completed the online forms. When booking an appointment, please come 5-10min early to fill out the required paperwork. We look forward to seeing everyone! We do ask, that you please be respectful of our decision to continue our mask protocol, for everyone's' protection.

Starting date of our next Level One program, Spring Term 10wk Level I-Medical Massage Training program (10wks/150hrs), will be April 2, 2024. Enrollment is open to all levels, but space is limited to FOUR students, so call NOW to reserve your place!

2025 Spring Term: 4/2/25-6/14/25

2025 Summer Term: 7/9/25-9/20/25

2025 Fall Term: 10/1/25-12/10/25

Starting date of our Level 2-Apprenticeship/Clinical Residency Program (26-52wks/540hrs) TBA. We do accept transfers into the Level 2 program, with documentation of satisfactory completion of an approved Level 1 program.
