Your body is the foundation for your life. If your foundation is not sturdy, the rest of your building may crumble. My goal with each client in each session, whether with bodywork or training, is to address your individual needs to repair and strengthen your body's roots so it may realize its potential. When your roots are solid, the rest of you is ready to bloom. You can become your best self because you FEEL like your best self. You will be amazed at what you are capable of and how little time it takes to improve once your physical limitations are removed.

BODYWORK
I use a variety of bodywork techniques in each massage session depending on the wishes and needs of the client. The goal for the massage will be determined through your personal intake form and discussed prior to each session. 30/60/90/120 minute massage sessions are available. Massage cupping can be added to any session.

I don't believe in a one size fits all approach to fitness and nutrition. Fitness looks different on every individual and no one "diet" works for everyone's lifestyle or goal. I want to help you set and reach YOUR goal of fitness that is realistic for YOUR life. Fitness is about building a solid foundation and well-functioning vessel in which to live the life YOU want, long term. Each journey with a client begins with a movement assessment to determine any movement dysfunctions. Program is build around each individual's abilities, focusing first on correcting any muscle imbalances and doing things that mirror how you need/want to use your body in your daily life.
