My mission is to provide therapeutic massage in a calming, supportive environment where you can heal — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

My primary focus is long-term relief from chronic pain, while also identifying and addressing acute pain that may arise during your session.

With 14 years of experience, an Associate of Applied Science in Therapeutic Massage and Nutrition, and a range of specialized certifications — including acute injury, geriatric, pediatric, maternity, oncology, and palliative massage — I am confident in the power of therapeutic touch to help manage and reduce chronic pain. I also believe that with the right tools, our bodies are designed to heal.
