Since 1997, I have been providing professionally credentialed deep tissue and delicate touch massage.

Each 90-minute session will focus on your problem area, treating complaints as part of your whole-body system - not as an isolated issue. Sessions are timed to match the body’s natural rest cycle, so you’ll leave feeling calm and clear-headed.

I work together with my clients to optimize safety and support so we can communicate effectively in a home based treatment room with a private bath and quiet setting.

- Queer friendly, modesty welcome, and HIIPA compliant

- Professional therapeutic draping

- Adjustable temperature, light, and sound

- Deep tissue and blended sessions may employ unscented, grease free lotion on working areas of the body

- Comfy-to-sleep-in clothing is encouraged for Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) sessions

- Scent-sitive space (please refrain from wearing strong perfumes or ointments)

Once you’re on the table, we can keep adjusting things like pillows and props as your body settles in.

Frequently asked:

Please leave 15 minutes of extra time after your session, in case we need to talk or you’d like a bit longer to ease back into your day.
Clients seeking support for/recovery from TMJ conditions and any surgical procedures are encouraged to book a series of three sessions.
Packages of three sessions or more are available at a 10% discount (see Deals tab).
