I received my initial massage therapy training from the Virginia School of Massage in 2001-2002.

I spent ten years working in settings such as gyms, spas, massage clinics and chiropractor's offices, and opened my private practice in 2012. I have five years of experience in the education field, and believe in the importance of educating and communicating with clients. My training includes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofasical Release, Reiki, Reflexology, Trager, and Thai Massage techniques.

In 2016, I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training, as well as a 120-hour Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist training in 2017. I now offer private Ayurveda and Yoga coaching sessions, and Ayurveda and Yoga workshops for groups.

My focus is on addressing dysfunction due to injury or chronic stress, as well as creating a healing space where rejuvenation can occur. I believe in treating the body as a united whole of mind, body and spirit.
