10 years ago, I began practicing massage and Asian body work from my home on practice clients while attending Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Mission Valley. As a Spiritual Life Coach, Guided Meditation facilitator my education continues to grow with every person or animal that I touch; I am always learning new ways to help the beautiful souls I touch. Heal yourself, body & mind through touch, energy and receiving. When you are plagued with stress, fatigue, trauma, and over worked you are disconnected to your energy and the beutiful being that you are.
