Through massage therapy treatments, I can help relieve yourpain and tension, increase your range of motion, promote faster healing andrecovery from injury, help prevent injury, prevent lymphedema, increase your circulation, andimprove your overall feeling of well-being.

Through Health & Wellness Coaching, Career & Life Coaching, and Image Coaching, I can guide you to weight loss, a healthy lifestyle, your life’s passion, and the image to support it.

Through Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, I utilize my intuitive sense of your body's own priorities for change; and, utilize my sensitive hands to subtly support and encourage your body's own natural wisdom to reorganize via innate intelligent processes to bring about authentic physiological and psycho-emotional change.
