Through Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, I utilize my intuitive sense of your body's own priorities for change; and, utilize my sensitive hands to subtly support and encourage your body's own natural wisdom to reorganize via innate intelligent processes to bring about authentic physiological and psycho-emotional change.

A Reiki attunement can improve the flow of energy along yourmeridians, clear and balance your chakras, and promote healing and an overallsense of well-being.

Private Kundalini Yoga Instruction will teach you a completeyoga practice that you can incorporate into your daily life, according to theneeds of your own body to promote good health, healing, stress relief, andbalance. Instruction in specificKundalini Yoga Meditations and Pranayams to support your needs is alsoavailable.

This is a home based business. Online booking is available. You may call for an appointment or book online. NO WALK INS. And, no in person inquiries. Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. Your service will end at the scheduled time regardless of your arrival time. 24 hours notice is required for cancellations.
