Appointments are scheduled as to give you time to decompress from your day. Have a brief conversation of any problem areas, specific aches and or pains, health concerns you may have. To produce optimal results for your specific needs, the back, neck and shoulders may require deeper-heavier pressure - while the legs and arms lighter pressure. The modality (massage) will be compatible to your needs and comfort level.
