Restorative Massage Therapy provides tailored therapeutic services that encourage the body’s ability to heal on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.

Whether it’s relaxation & pampering, prenatal/postpartum massage or partnering with other healthcare providers to provide relief for chronic conditions like lymphedema, fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome, Amy works to help her clients feel refreshed and restored.

Each therapeutic massage session at Restorative Massage and Wellness is customized based on the client’s specific needs. Depending on the physical concerns, most sessions will use a combination of Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Acupressure, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy among other modalities. Amy works with all people, with a focus to provide a nurturing environment for clients throughout all stages of life.
