With over 10 years of experience, Tish Galley offers the Okemo Valley Region highly skilled and professional massage therapy, and yoga classes.

Tish is a 200 hour certified Yoga Teacher and Licensed Massage Therapist, trained in Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Sports, Hot Stone, Shiatsu, Positional Release Therapy, and Muscle Energy Techniques. She is also a licensed esthetician and skincare specialist.

In 2016 Tish opened Go With The Flow Yoga and Bodywork studio, with the desire to provide a peaceful and inviting space to share her love of yoga and massage therapy with the Okemo Valley.

"Growing up in Central Massachusetts, I was a competitive swimmer, which was very demanding of my body and energy, and over the years, I became familiar with muscle soreness and various sports injuries. My own body was my first foray into the world of self-care and healing. In 2006 I pursued my Massage Therapy License at Palmer Institute of Massage. Since then, I have expanded my own self-care to include yoga and meditation, which has lead me to begin utilizing the wisdom of Eastern medicine and philosophies in my massage practice. Based on my experiences with both sports medicine and holistic health, I feel as if I have something to offer everyone."
