Cancelations

We reserve appointment times especially for you. To provide the highest level of service to all guests, we kindly ask that you review and respect our cancellation policy.

We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, respectfully.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 100% service fee.
No‑show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we may need to adjust or shorten your service to avoid delaying the next guest.
If we are unable to accommodate the service due to late arrival, it will be considered a late cancellation and fees may apply.

Courtesy Reminders

We provide appointment reminders by email and text on file as a courtesy. However, it is the client’s responsibility to remember their appointment time.

Prefer: Cash/Check/Venmo
Accept: Credit, with 3% convenience fee/surcharge "TAX" at checkout. All sales final.
