CLASS PASS Members: We apologize, but we are no longer affiliated with Class Pass, and we haven't been since the pandemic started. We have made several attempts to correct the scheduling issue on their site so that we are not a provider, but our request has been ignored several times. By law you are required to wear a mask during treatment and the same applies to your therapist. Sanitation standards have been doubled to protect you and the service provider. If you do not wish to wear a mask, you must show proof of vaccination and please understand we have the right to refuse services.

Mi Naturalé (Me-Nah-Too-Rah-Leh) is a mobile self-care service. We provide in-home, office and location-based professional and customized massage and stretch therapy services for all. Our practice offers a variety of massage styles including the more popular styles like deep tissue, sports and Swedish. We also develop customized soaps, creams, and oils that are tailored for optimum absorption to the skin, facial and beard area. We carry a license to practice massage therapy/bodywork in the state of Virginia, certified in CPR Adult, Pediatric first aid and AED. We are bi-lingual (English/Spanish) and have mental health awareness training by the city of Alexandria, Department of health and human services.

Stretch Therapy; great for everyone and highly beneficial for athletes, dancers and medical professionals.

Therapeutic Touch; a fabulous way to relax and decompress.
Sports massage; a combination of stretch, traction and manual muscle manipulation customized for any athlete.
Deep Tissue; an intense massage that requires very deep pressure and penetration of the muscle bellies in the muscular system.
Lymphatic drainage; a very light massage that caters to the lymphatic system.
