My name is Julie Frey, the President and Founder of Long Life Therapeutics. With over 26 years of hands-on experience I invite you to check out the new additional services that have been added. I am now accepting bookings for Pain Therapy workshops, speaking engagements, and online programs, along with in home medical/sports massage. We also offer functional Fitness sessions online. My goal is to reach as many individuals as possible to help them perform optimally on and off the field.

I began my career working with a chiropractor for several years before moving to Atlanta, Georgia. After working as a Massage Therapist as an employee, she decided to fulfill her dream of owning her massage therapy practice.

My passion for wellness gives people the necessary tools to apply and advocate for their own health and wellness lifestyle. Massage therapy is necessary for the athlete or active adult who needs to recover and to enhance performance, the person who sits at a desk and suffers from low back pain, or for your everyday person who endures a large amount of stress daily.

Through the years I have supported the local communities by the way of charities, breast cancer awareness, women's shelters, KARMA project, wheel chair basketball to name a few. I have volunteered in youth sports leagues such as track and football, aiding in injury prevention and dynamic stretching, and minor injuries.

Through my experience I have been afforded the opportunity in working with professional athletes, collegiate athletes, and weekend warriors. My experience has allowed me to have a vast knowledge of the body and what each individual client needs. I have diligently sought after opportunities to grow through learning new techniques and continuing my education.

My academic achievements include receiving

an advance certification and license in Massage therapy from the Florida College of Natural Health.
Associate's Degree in Science with a focus on Kinesiology and Health
Bachelors in Exercise Science from Georgia State University
Masters in Sports Psychology (In Progress)

I am currently on track to earning my masters degree in Sports and exercise Psychology from Barry University. Upon completion of this degree, I will be looking to help youth athletes reduce non contact injury and aid in increases performance through recovery for mind and body.
