Specializing in Pain Relief & Therapeutic Massage in Hurricane, Utah

At Bodies in Balance Massage Therapy, every session is customized to you. I specialize in therapeutic massage designed to help reduce muscular pain and tension, improve mobility and range of motion, and support recovery from injuries, surgery, overuse and everyday stress.

My areas of focus include neck and back pain, headaches and migraines, TMJ and jaw tension, shoulder and joint mobility, deep tissue massage, sports and injury recovery, post-surgical care, manual lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage and chronic muscular tension.

You won’t receive a cookie-cutter massage. I take time to understand what is bothering you, how it is affecting your movement and daily life, and what you hope to accomplish from your session. Your massage is then tailored to your needs, comfort level and goals that day.

Whether you're managing chronic discomfort, recovering from an injury or surgery, dealing with tight muscles after hiking and outdoor activities, or simply need time to relax and reset, my goal is to help you leave feeling better than when you arrived.

Conveniently located in Hurricane, Utah, serving Hurricane, La Verkin, Toquerville, St. George and visitors to the Zion National Park area.
