I am a Boise, Idaho based Licensed Massage Therapist. I graduated with honors from Milan Institute in Boise, ID, with my Massage Certificate. I've always had a good sense of touch, and my friends encouraged me to pursue an education in massage.

I hope to make people aware of the health benefits of regular Massage Therapy treatment, by helping to improve my client's quality of life through massage, stretching, and breathing techniques.

My massage practice focuses on:

- Posture and work-related pain and tension

My client base ranges from those who use massage as a way to relax from the everyday stresses of life, to those dealing with a long-term/permanent condition or ailment who needs massage to deal with chronic pain and tension, and people who understand the benefits of massage as an adjunct to Physical Therapy and Chiropractic Care.
