Hi - I'm Bekah Phillips

I'm so excited to help you with my training in Neuromuscular Massage (Trigger Point work)!!! That I've added to my skills!

I am a state of California Certified Massage Therapist with over 1400 hours of training. My training started at National Holistic Institute's Sacramento campus including Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy; certification and advanced training in Myofascial Release Therapy - Hellerwork with Howard Rontal; continuing education in Precision Neuromuscular Therapy with Doug Nelson plus other various modalities. I use the various modalities as tools to create an individual treatment plan for you.

My therapeutic massage is a Swedish based massage with Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release techniques all combined to work out the knots and areas of tightness or pain in your body. The goal is to reduce your stress and pain, while increasing your range of motion. I will also suggest ways that might help you to help yourself keep your new mobility with less pain.

No one's body stays the same and each massage session with me is designed for what your body needs that day.

My passion is Therapeutic Massage!
I focus on where you are having pain and stress and work on those knots and tight areas to relieve that pain and stress!
