I am passionate about helping people become pain free and improve overall wellness. I have been a massage therapist for over 25 years and recently obtained a certification in Transformational Hypnotherapy.

My personal style of massage and bodywork includes not only nurturing gliding pressure with hands, knuckles and elbows but also points that are held such as in trigger point therapy, facilitated stretching, positional holds and breathing techniques. By increasing both localized and systemic oxygen, cellular metabolism and facilitation of deep states of relaxation there can be a decrease in fascial adhesions, pain reduction, improvement of overall mobility; sports and post-surgical recovery; improvements in circulation, immune function and short term cognitive ability. These benefits can be gained from various massage styles and types and I prefer to blend them as is appropriate and specific to each client's needs.

While utilizing the theta brain wave state and creative visualization and imagination to help facilitate release of sabotaging beliefs, stuck emotion, increase clarity we support positive reframing in order to bring about the changes you'd like to feel more empowered and aligned in your life with your goals.
