I’m a licensed massage therapist and the founder of In Touch Massage & Wellness in White Lake, Michigan. My approach is centered on a simple belief: every session should respond to what your body needs that day.

I blend therapeutic massage, deep tissue techniques, myofascial work, relaxation massage, and other complementary methods to help relieve tension, support recovery, calm the nervous system, and restore a greater sense of balance. For clients interested in a more integrative experience, sessions may also include Reiki or Polarity-based energy work.

Some clients come to me with persistent pain, muscular tension, or physical fatigue. Others simply need a quiet place to slow down, reconnect, and feel more at ease in their bodies. Wherever you are starting, I will listen carefully and tailor the pressure, pace, and focus of your session to your comfort and goals.

My style is attentive, grounded, and client-centered. You will never receive a rushed, one-size-fits-all massage. My goal is for you to leave feeling cared for, more comfortable, and better connected to yourself.
