I have been practicing massage therapy since 2015. I received my education in massage therapy from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage.

I also attend various continuing education classes both in person and online to further my experience and add new and beneficial techniques to my practice.

I offer a variety of massage techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Myofascial Release, Lomi, MAT and Prenatal.

Specializing in targeted treatment work using a combination of techniques to better assist in chronic pain relief.

Range of motion and stretching techniques are a large incorporation into my sessions. As well as educating patients on self-care techniques they can do in between sessions to further meet their goals.
