Knead Massage supports being a safe space for all.

The work we do gently influences the muscle to allow for an increase in range of motion, acute/chronic pain relief, and stress relief. We begin each session deep breathing; in with the essential oil of your choosing and out releasing stress to let our mind and bodies know it’s time to relax. We will then warm and ease the tensions of the body with slower gliding motions that promote a relaxing session with less residual soreness. Encouraging our clients to be expressive of comfort level, we check in as needed. Every body is different and it is a team effort to determine what will be most effective. We do not force/beat tense muscles into submission with deep pressure.

Massage therapy is cumulative and being on a consistent schedule of bodywork can aid your body in coping with stress, overuse, and injury. When considering a therapist for your holistic wellbeing and self-care, we hope you consider us.
