With medical, Swedish, deep tissue, lomi lomi, and prenatal massage benefits many people of all walks of life. I try to ease pain and muscle trigger points with every technique I use. With my many years as a massage therapist and my knowledge that I never stop learning. I utilize all that I know to make sure that you get off the massage table feeling better than you arrived.

I have always been interested in massage since I can remember. I always thought that there was a better way to heal than just popping pills. I feel that massage is a good start to help with the healing process. With proper hydration, nutrition, and exercise, massage can be part of a healthy lifestyle.

I went to Blue Heron Academy twelve years ago and got my Medical Massage certificate. I have completed many continuing educations in the Neil Asher certification. I have many different certifications that will help customize your massage to your needs. I have a pressure normally of medium pressure. I can go into the deep pressure using my forearms and elbows, or I can go light pressure using my fingers and hands. Please speak up if you need more or less pressure and I will be happy to comply.

Opening up Lavender Fields Wellness has been a life dream. I hope to serve you and your family in your massage needs. Soon, yoga will be available for all ages. I have plans at Lavender Fields that will hope to take to the next level!
