Sabrina Schottenhamel is a licensed massage therapist and professional speaker. She has been a Massage Therapist for 16 years and has been speaking professionally for 7 years delivering keynotes and workshops. Her passion for health and wellness compelled her to share her message with a larger audience. This has become a perfect blend; with the healing touch of her hands, and speaking with the power of her voice to share her wealth of knowledge.

In 2013 she decided to join the Woodridge Toastmasters club to overcome her fears of public speaking. Then in 2015, Sabrina won the Best Speaker of the Year Award!!

Sabrina has spoken to colleges, universities, libraries and professional organizations across the state.

She is also a member of the National Speakers Association, and recently had two articles published for Skin Inc. magazine.
