Since the age of 16, Deirdre was self taught in herbal medicine which initially started from a passion for gardening; a gift her father passed on to her. Later she went on to study naturopathic medicine and nutrition, which was interrupted by a corporate lay off, only to lead her into the massage industry...and the rest is as they say, history.

Deirdre graduated from the Institute for Therapeutic Massage in 2006 and started teaching massage therapy 2 years later in 2008. She later graduated from David Winston's School for Herbal Studies 2 year program 2012-2014.
