I have always been fascinated with the manipulation of muscles. For many years I've worked on building and defining muscles. As a nutrition and fitness coach, it was only natural that I moved forward into therapeutic massage to learn more about maintaining a healthy muscular & fascia system.

No matter how conditioned our muscles are, we all have the same muscles and they need regular maintenance to help us in preventing chronic as well as acute pain as we move through our busy and stressful lives which take a huge toll on our bodies and mind. Massage is not only therapy for muscle tension but also beneficial for the functioning of the nervous system, which releases endorphins, hormones and neurotransmitters and is very helpful with anxiety, depression, insomnia related to stress, headaches, fibromyalgia, immunity boost and so much more.
