Hi there! My name is Lizzie and I'm so glad to welcome you to this space! I have always been passionate about holistic practices but mostly about Massage.

I graduated in 2020 from the Dayton School of Medical Massage where I was schooled in traditional Swedish and Relaxation Massage techniques, as well as Deep Tissue and some other modalities. I've also been a student of Herbalism and Aromatherapy for 5 years now. Since graduating I have submerged myself in the world of Holistic Bodywork and have decided never to surface! What's better after a long week at work than getting a Full Body Massage? Or a Facial Massage or some Aromatherapy when you're recovering from a nasty cold? Taking care of your body and mind are so important these days, and I love to help people on their journey to whole-body health.

I specialize in Relaxation Massage and that is truly what I love to do, but I am always learning and I'm passionate about bettering myself in this growing field.
