Alex has been a licensed therapist since 2016. Her experience ranges from the public to professional athletes in the WNBA & MLL which has influenced her unique approach to each client case. Alex takes pride in personalizing every session to every client in order to enhance quality of life. She specializes in postural dysfunctions, athletic and overuse injuries as well as weekend warrior wear and tear.

Outside of the office, Alex enjoys being on the water, mountain biking, hiking and being with family.
