A body can laugh and relax!

Things to do, places to go, time flying by, waking up tired, repeating the cycle. Even when you have down time, you're so keyed up it takes you a long time to let the tension go. I hear this sort of thing said again and again. I see what this does to a body, mind, spirit and it takes a toll.

What I offer can be a re-set button. Reiki and Quantum-Touch are energy based sessions that are easy to receive and allow the energy body to re-set and balance. Reflexology and Reflexation are physical manipulation of the feet hands specifically with Reflexation adding the neck, shoulders, scalp and face.
