UP Massage and Wellness Therapies formerly know as Just BE Massage by Brenda is located at the Wellness Collective, 909 N Lincoln Rd Escanaba, MI. In today's busy world we need to take the time to care for ourselves. Massage gives us that moment to just BE while getting the benefits of a therapeutic massage. Deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, essential oils, headache relief and therapeutic cupping are the modalities that I use. Buccal Massage is focused work targeting tension in the jaw, cheeks and facial muscles. Some clients also notice aesthetic benefits such as reduced puffiness, improved facial definiton and a more relaxed appearance. Specializing in relaxation and pain relief UPMWT helps women to relieve the symptoms associated with anxiety and depression. The activities of daily life; texting, carrying children, sitting at desk, overwhelm all can take its toll on our body and minds.

Vibroacoustic Therapy: Say goodbye to a Distracted Mind, inHarmony uses sound and vibration to help you relieve stress and anxiety, relieve muscle tension and chronic pain, improved sleep and mood, and increase focus and mental clarity.

Transformational Health Coaching: is now available. Are you struggling with finding your voice, not feeling good enough, overwhelmed with the struggles of daily life, bad eating habits, anxiety...? Hypnosis, time line techniques, NLP coaching are therapies that are used to help you greatly decrease or overcome your struggles.

Wellness Sister Circle: Safe place where women gather to uplift and encourage one another, focusing on similar goals such as self-care, healing, mindfulness or empowerment. Gatherings may include storytelling, group visualizations, journaling and movement.
