Through massage, active stretching, breathwork and bioenergetic flow, you'll learn to inhabit your body in a way that both supports your active life and promotes inner calm. I'll help you to get moving and stay moving!

Please note: I welcome women of all orientations, religions, and ethnicities. As a specialist in the care of peri & post-menopausal women's bodies and issues, I'm not treating men at this time. Additionally, my home treatment area is located at the top of a flight of stairs and I share my home with pets.
