Hi, my name is Vanessa Raming, and I am the founder of San Diego Restorative Massage.

I believe that everyone deserves a good quality of life. Being able to feel and move better is a crucial component of that. I would love the opportunity to work with you to help you to feel less pain, have improved range of motion, and to be at your peak performance.

If you are wondering why I am passionate about my line of work, I can account that to having a close relationship with my grandmother. From my years spent with her and also in massage practice, I have come to understand the struggles that arise with aging. Receiving regular massage can minimize those struggles. Massage can reduce your arthritis pain, improve your sleep, improve your circulation, can elevate your mood, can increase your digestion and increases your mobility. It also can leave you with an overall feeling of wellbeing. As you can see, I genuinely believe in and am passionate about the many benefits of massage therapy.

I obtained my massage education at the International Professional School of Body (IPSB) in San Diego, where I attended from 2001-2014. There I received an associates degree in holistic health in 2006. I am a California Certified Massage Therapist as well as an American Massage Therapy Association member.
