We have 3 Massage therapist here at HHH. Joy Morgan (the owner), Liz Davenport, and Teagan Winmill. Plus, for the 1st time we have a Certified Sound therapist, Terri Bergen.

Be sure to check the staff page for the next available massage. We also have the Therapy Room available daily. It offers Red Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna and an Electric massage chair.

Here is a little background about myself.

Hi, I'm Joy Morgan. I became a massage therapist 14 years ago (Feb 2009). I practiced for about 6 years before moving to Iowa, having my daughter Mona and taking a few years off. My family and I moved back home to Idaho summer of 2018. I am ecstatic to be working again. I had no idea how much being a massage therapist was so much more than just a job, it is a part of my soul. Helping others to be free of pain, fills my heart in a way I can't describe very well. Stepping away from my career, gave me an insight, understanding and appreciation to have a job I love! I strive to help every client by tailoring each massage to their unique trouble areas.

TMJ Intra-oral massage is a modality I specialize in. Intra-oral just means, I massage the muscles on the INSIDE of your mouth while wearing gloves. The benefits of massage therapy when focused around the muscles of mastication (chewing muscles), is a very effective way to decrease symptoms of pain in the jaw, joint clicking and increase range of motion and circulation to the muscle tissue. In addition, I massage all of the surrounding areas that effect the TMJ such as: neck, face, head, chest and back. I use active isolated stretching to maximize the results. Typically, a treatment can involve in inside and outside of the mouth, neck, face, and upper back. To accomplish ideal results, I recommend at least a one-hour session.

Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is another technique that I specialize in. It can be combined into a massage session or booked as a separate treatment an advanced stretch only treatment. Active isolated stretching differs from other types of stretches because it uses a repetitive 2 second hold method. This form seeks to increase the range of motion at the joints by increasing the length or elasticity of the connective tissue (e.g., muscle, fascia).
