Hi, I am Kathy Gutting proud mother of two wonderful teenage boys. I have been in the fitness industry as a certified personal trainer for over 17 years. Looking for a new adventure, I enrolled at Carmel School of Massage and Healing Arts and earned a license in massage therapy that exposed me to a different side of body composition.

The body is an amazing vessel that we are still discovering. In all my years one thing has rang true, we are all unique in the gifts we have been given. Some of us may not see them as 'gifts' but they are truly gifts. I am here to help you become your Best-U!!!
