My name is Marcus. I'm a licensed massage therapist in Lexington, Kentucky. My work brings together therapeutic bodywork, Thai massage, and personal yoga lessons to help you move, feel, and live better.

Thai Massage

A mat-based practice combining assisted stretching, rhythmic compression, movement, and stillness. The physical work supports mobility, relaxation, and greater ease in the body, while the energetic side works with the traditional Sen lines and energetic points throughout the body. For clients seeking energy work, we can also explore how these pathways relate to the chakras, with the intention of clearing energetic blocks and restoring a greater sense of balance and flow.

Table Massage

A familiar, nurturing approach to massage on a heated table. Each session combines intentional hands-on work with pressure tailored to your comfort, helping ease tension, encourage relaxation, and leave your body feeling restored.

Personal Yoga Lessons

One-on-one yoga designed around you. Whether you're beginning yoga, returning to your practice, or looking to deepen it, each lesson is adapted to your body, experience, and goals.

Your Session

New clients can expect an in-depth consultation so I can understand what you're looking for and tailor the session specifically to your needs. Your comfort, preferences, and boundaries guide our work together.

You deserve the best. My goal is to make sure that's what you receive.
