Spa Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy:

As a courtesy, Iron Bliss will send you a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should you have the need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, a 24-Hour notice is REQUIRED. We R E Q U I R E a card on file due to no shows and late cancellations. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge of full value of service booked.So in order to avoid charges please cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. Online it does require 26 HOURS of cancellation giving us 2 hours to fill your time slot. However, if you call or text 24 Hours IS REQUIRED.

Spa Arrivals:

In order to begin your journey in a relaxed state, Iron Bliss asks that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service(s). For new guests, please have your guest intake form filled out before arrival. You will receive your guest intake form via email. Delayed arrival will limit the time of your experience in our relaxation lounge. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged.

Refunds:

Iron Bliss does N O T give refunds of any kind. Gift certificates can NOT be used by anyone else other than the name on the certificate.

Gift Certificates:

Expirations on our all gift certificates is one year. Unless the description of the Gift Certificate says otherwise. No exceptions nor returns will be allowed. If you purchased a series of massages then all those massages in that series can only be used by yourself(the purchaser) and you will have a year to be able to use them. Gift certificates can NOT be used by anyone else other than the name on the certificate.
