I began my journey in health care with an AAS in Physical Therapy from Denver Technical College (1995) and later attended the School of Professional Massage Therapy, where I graduated in 2003. In 2007, I became Certified in Lymphedema Management.
With over 20 years of experience, I combine techniques like Swedish massage, Myofascial Release, and Deep Tissue therapy to create sessions tailored to your unique needs. I specialize in relieving head, neck, and shoulder pain, and I love helping clients leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more at ease.
