Greetings!

Hi, I'm Melissa—a licensed massage therapist, wife, and mother of four. I understand firsthand how demanding life can be and how important it is to care for our bodies so we can continue showing up for the people we love.

As a licensed massage therapist, my approach has evolved over the years into a blend of hands-on bodywork and DeepFeet Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage. While I incorporate both techniques depending on your needs, the foundation of all my work is inspired by Shiatsu principles—working with the body as an interconnected whole to encourage balance, reduce tension, and support its natural ability to heal. Every session is customized to meet you where you are, whether you're seeking pain relief, improved mobility, stress reduction, or restorative relaxation.

I believe the best results come from a collaborative therapeutic relationship built on trust, communication, and shared commitment. My role is to listen, assess, and provide skilled bodywork, while empowering you with education and personalized recommendations that support your health beyond the massage table.

I especially enjoy working with clients who value their health and take an active role in their healing. Whether you're an athlete, a busy parent, a hardworking professional, or simply someone committed to feeling your best, my goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and experience greater balance in your everyday life.

It is an honor to be a part of your wellness journey, and I look forward to helping you feel your very best.
