At Baywood Massage we specialize in restorative massage and bodywork. The term 'Bodywork' for those of you who might not know tends to mean really focused/deep massage work. If there is an issue with certain muscle groups (tightness, active trigger points, adhesion, knots, etc.) we get in there and work it and work it, and work it! By integrating massage methods like deep tissue, sports, trigger point therapy, passive and myofascial stretching can help issues like injury rehab, plantar fasciitis, pregnancy. Each session is personalized so you leave the session feeling like all the target areas you requested were met. Communication is the key, and feedback is encouraged so you have the optimal outcome possible. We only use organic oils, and creams on your skin.

The office is located off 9th Street in Los Osos, right across the street from the mexican restruant La Casitas, and Native Cafe (which has awesome organic breakfast, lunch, smoothies, and coffee!). There is ample parking out front, on 9th street.
