Amy is a Metaphysical Practitioner through the University of Sedona in 2012. A Certified Quantum Health Coach through the International Quantum University for Integrative Medicine in 2023, And is a Certified Energy Medicine Practitioner through the Jaguar Path School, rooted in the teachings of the Andes. 2024-2026.

She has worked in chiropractic offices, spas, gyms, retreats and yoga studios, in CA, TN, AR, MS & India. Through 23 years of experience in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, she strives to assist clients in reaching their goals of pain relief & management, improving postural alignment, increased range of motion, and relaxation. She uses an intuitive and intentional approach that incorporates therapeutic deep tissue, myofascial release techniques & trigger point massage as well as elements of ART(active release technique), soft tissue mobilization, Swedish massage, Thai massage, and energy work...utilizing whatever is needed in the moment to aid in the body's natural healing process. She specializes in neck/shoulder and hip work and has successfully treated clients with fibromyalgia, rotator cuff injury, sports injuries, headaches, sciatica and stress related tension.

To help us create the most comfortable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you arrive fragrance-free and lotion-free for your appointment. This means skipping perfume, cologne, body spray, and any body lotions on the day of your visit.

We work with clients who have fragrance sensitivities — including myself — and our treatment room and linens need to stay as clean and neutral as possible between sessions. It's also worth knowing that body lotions of any kind don't mix well with the professional massage cream I use — arriving with clean, bare skin means you'll get a much better treatment.

The American Medical Association passed its first fragrance regulation in June 2025, acknowledging that synthetic fragrance chemicals pose genuine health risks. Synthetic fragrance chemicals are classified as allergens, hormone disruptors, asthma triggers, neurotoxins, and carcinogens. Causing symptoms such as headaches, nausea, breathing difficulties, etc... Under the ADA, fragrance sensitivity is also recognized as a qualifying disability.
