2003 graduated from Finger Lakes Community College with an associates degree in Therapeutic Massage and Integrated Health care.
2010 completed First degree Reiki at the Lotus Light Sanctuary in Geneva, New York
2015 trained in orthopedic massage for the upper body
2018 opened Body Kneads massage & wax studio
2019 became certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM)
2020 trained in lymphatic drainage and cupping therapy
2021 moved spa location and reopened as Body Kneads Wellness Spa

My philosophy is that every body is different therefore each massage is different.

I believe in the healing benefits of massage and that everyone is entitled to give their body what it kneads.
