Jeannette offers therapeutic massage, relaxation massage, and energy work designed to help you reconnect with your body and restore balance. She is a licensed massage therapist whose foundation in energy work began with her Reiki certification in 2018. Today, she blends therapeutic bodywork, restorative relaxation, and Reiki into sessions thoughtfully tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Her approach combines skilled massage techniques with a calming, intuitive presence to ease muscular tension, quiet the nervous system, and support overall well-being. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic tightness, recovering from the effects of stress, or simply carving out time to slow down, each session is customized to meet you where you are.

Jeannette believes healing is about more than relieving pain—it’s about helping you feel at home in your body again. Every session is designed to create a safe, welcoming space where you can relax, restore, and reconnect with yourself.

Whether you choose therapeutic massage, a deeply restorative relaxation massage, or a session that incorporates Reiki energy work, you’ll leave feeling grounded, supported, and renewed.
